We want you to love your order from SCÉNE. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email us at hello@scénesociety.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email us at hello@scénesociety.com.
